Faribault City Hall will reopen for limited service to the public at 8 a.m. on Monday, May 4, 2020. Access will be limited to the customer service counters on the lower level, second floor, and third floor of the building. Not all City staff will be available, as numerous employees that typically work at City Hall are continuing to work remotely.
Members of the public are still encouraged to delay any unnecessary business at City Hall, or utilize other options for completing such business (such as dropping off applications or utility bill payments in the drop box in the parking lot, making an online payment, sending payment via US mail, or signing up for automatic electronic payments). For those people coming to City Hall, it is requested that you follow the Governor’s guidelines and wear a mask while in public.
Everyone is strongly encouraged to connect with City staff through our website, by phone, or by email (contact information for all City departments can be found on our website www.faribault.org) and we will do our best to answer your questions and meet your needs.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.
