Picture submittals for roofing, siding and window/door permits should be sent to inspectpic@ci.faribault.mn.us. Please ensure the jobsite address and permit number are included in your email.
A final inspection for roof and siding will automatically be scheduled after the picture submittals have been approved.
The permit holder will need to call and schedule a final inspection for window/door permits. Access to the residence is required to verify proper installation/flashing and verify both smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are located as required for new dwellings.
