One member is appointed annually from the City Council; 6 additional representatives are appointed for staggered 5-year terms.

Overview
As provided in State law, the Faribault HRA handles a variety of housing programs. It also manages public housing units, and Robinwood Manor senior housing. Programs are generally targeted to low and moderate income households.
