As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, and due to the restrictions enforced by the Department of Health, the timeline for which the Faribault Family Aquatic Center could be open in 2020 was substantially shortened. With a closing date of Aug. 16, and once restrictions were lifted to allow for the opening of the pool and staff could be trained, we would have been left with only a roughly 4-week season. As a result, the decision was made by the Faribault City Council to keep the facility closed in 2020. All 2020 passes will be honored in 2021. We look forward to seeing you then! -Faribault Parks and Recreation
