The City of Faribault, by request, authorizes a number of solicitor licenses throughout the year. The City requires the name of the license holder, the business they're representing, a description of the business being conducted and the dates in which the license will be active. This license is only valid from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday.
As per city ordinance (Code 1971, § 20-1; Ord. No. 2002-24, § 1, 10-8-02), peddling is not allowed on Saturday, Sunday, or any day on which the city government offices are closed for business.
